Connection problem

Hello,
sir,I have samsung c3010s and want to connect net in my laptop but its has been not connecting .i hav used all setting given by customer care bt nt able to connect.
so kindly look up my problem as soon as possible.

Hi there,

You need to install pc suite before proceeding,have you installed it?please give more information.
