realplayer not playing videos Closed

Hello,
i downloaded the  realplayer 11 gold. installation goes thru properly, but wen i play my already downloaded videos, realplayer doesn't play it.. rest all is working fine, i can download videos properly, but i cant play them.

Please check whether the format of the videos that you have downloaded is correct and also check your graphic card.

Im having the same problem and it only works when i restart the computer! Quite annoying to restart it everytime.

Please help any one
