No sound from lapton

Hello,
I plugged in some speakers to my laptop and used them to watch a movie. Now I have no sound coming out of the laptop without the speakers. I have an HP Pavilion dv6815nr. I checked volume level and the sound card is okay. What else can I do?

Dear Sir,

Please get the speaker settings in the Sound and Audio Devices changed for having sound back on it.
