Cant connect to the internet

Hello,
i am unable to connect to the internet usin that connection that my apartment complex provides plz help me

Try to check you connection,or go to the control panel then try to disable the local area connection and then connect again.or contact your provider.

what you need to do is disconnect the modem ethernet cord for thirty seconds as well as disconnecting the cord from the p c and plug in after 30 sec. boot up internet and bammm your there... good luck comment me back if u encounter any issues......stevo
