I have a problem with a Toshiba 128gb External Hard Disk Drive? Worked great last night, tonight I switched the drive on and the red light is on permanently but blinks blue approx. every second. Also clicks (no whirring from the disk). Laptop doesn't read it so I can't use any files on it or copy files to it. Any ideas? Thanks a lot!!

The clicking is a sure sign of a failed hard drive. I imagine the hard drive is dead and all data is lost.
Some times the drive can be put in a plastic bag and frozen in your refrigerator. It some times will work for a short time until it heats up.
