Cannot connect to internet

Hello,
I cannot connect to the internet from my wireless router. It is a belkin. The laptop says the strenght is excellent but I get a message the IE cannot display the page. Can anyone help?

You will have to check the proxy settings on Internet Explorer,

You can use ping to troubleshoot this network problem, and also can take a look on this wireless network troubleshooting article, hope this helps.
