No vga signal

Hello,
i had my old pc (which its still under warranty)replaced with a brand new hp s5360f desktop pc with windows 7 , the first one i received did the same thing, hp sent me another one and the monitor gives out the same message. its the second one i got replaced with a message "no vga signal" is it possible for two new pc to have the same problem or am i doing something wrong? i used 2 different monitors on both new pc and got the same result. can you please help.

Hi there,

As you mentioned still under warranty ill advise to to send it to them for repair else you will be the looser by replacing parts from your pocket.
