My dell inspiron laptop keep havin issues my father gave me the laptop & he dnt kno bout dis...Ok wen i press power it goes 2 a blank screen and doesnt move 4rm there wid a white little dash like dis (-) nd windowsz wnt start...im askin plsz reply ASAP! BECUZ I DNT WANNA GET IN TROUBLE PLZ HELP ME IF YU CAN WILL BE APPRECIATED!
