Toshiba satellite p105

hi there i have a toshiba satellite p105 that does not turn on when you press the power button it acts like it losses its power the battier light goes off and all and then you have to take the battier out too get the light to come back on

It may be out of charge,plug adapter and power on.Please give more information describing the issue.
