um. why isn't your task manager working? that would make it a lot easier.
ok. but look in the notification bar on the right side of the taskbar in windows. is there a tray icon for the program? if so, right click it and select "disable" or "exit" or the like. this should turn it off.
if this doesn't work, you need to keep it from turning on when you start the computer so you can uninstall it after rebooting. so, click start-->run and type "msconfig" into the text box, and click OK. the "run" box will disappear, and the system configuration utility will appear. click on the "startup" tab. you should see a list of programs with checkboxes on the left. find the one for quick heal and disable it. then, reboot. the process shouldn't be running when you reboot and you should be able to uninstall it then.
