Windows XP system is rebooting automatically

hi....

I having Acer laptop. My system is rebooting automatically and it gets strucked in Windows Xp opening blue screen... it runs in safe mode...i dont have boot cd..pls tell me as how can i resolve this problem and how can i create a boot CD..
