Try to ping 98.137.149.56 or 209.191.122.70 IP (it's yahoo.com), if you can ping IP but not yahoo.com, means there is problem on DNS resolving. You can then test to configure following DNS servers provided by OpenDNS and test again.

If you can't ping the IP and yahoo.com, then there is problem on Internet connection, you should check the router's WAN/Internet configuration again.
