hey: i have a net-gear router and it worked perfectly for a month or so.... then i couldn't use it anymore because there is no internet connection within the router although if i connect the modem to my laptop it works.... i tried to restore the factory settings but it didn't work.... so anyone have any idea that can help me????

You will have to reconfigure the internet configuration again in order to be able to get browsing.

Press reset button of router for 30s-1m when it's powered on in order to reset it, after the reconfigure it again. Please note that you need to configure WAN/Internet, LAN and other network settings correctly, so that it can work well.
