Regarding ip address

i want to know how we can get the ip address of a remote computer system using internet ??
it is not for any sites like google.com or yahoo.com ,i am asking about the ip of some human being using the computer system???

Hi there,

Open run,type cmd then in command line type netstat ,if in conversation via messenger,send message and look at the ip address displayed.
