Dear Sir, My laptop not able to rewrite dvd cd. if i try to install my original roxio cd which was recieved from dell when i purchased also unable to install. advice pls

Hi there,

You cannot rewrite on the media unless its rewritable and also it must be erased to be able to rewrite on it.
