Internet xplorer don't work

Hello,
i tried to install all internet explorer by the page don't state for a second on the screen i tried all knowledge to solve this problem please help me out............i need a browser to run & implement my project.......

Hi,

please check out if the installation or anything else is blocked by your Antivirus.

If not, try Firefox or another alternative to Internet Explorer.
