My computer doesn't load past the Compaq

Hello, Well everytime i turn on my computer , all that loads up is the Compaq screen(the screen that says F5 for setting F8 for safe mode ect. ) And I have no idea how to fix it. Can somebody help me out or give me suggestions?

Hi there,

Try booting with windows installation cd and make a system repair,you must use same version of windows installed on system to make it successful.
