No internet access

Hello,

I have no access to the internet and am unable to send receive emails

1394 Connection status is connected but no sent/ received packets
LAN looks fine

Desktop computer only- wireless laptops work.

Check network adapter driver status and make sure it works well, if not reinstall the network adapter driver. You can also try to use this ping approach to troubleshoot this network problem.
