ipod help Closed

Hello, 
my problem is that when i plug in my ipod it reads it but like couple seconds later it restarts its self -___________- its been like this for so long.... i cant figure out how to fix it HELPPP PLEASSEEE


Configuration: Windows XP / Firefox 3.6.3

Hi there

I'am here to help. Well did you hold the middle button and menu button down for 30 seconds or more. This will reset your settings. This should be able to help. If not I'm afraid you will have to take your ipod to the apple store or a local electronics repair man. I'm sure the the 30 seconds retart will help.
