Internet problems

Hello,


The other day i realised i have 5gigs on space left on my computer so i delete a bunch of programs, one of these was norton antivirus and more, then i restarted my computer and no applications that require internet were working (however it says that i was connected) the only thing that works is IE 64bit, the 32bit does not work neither does chrome ect

since then i have run the norton removal software and rebooted, i have also tried system restore

Nothing i have read so far has worked please ask for anything if you need more information ect

none of the guides i have read have helped yet

Please consider checking whether you need to get your firewall deactivated to have it working back properly.
