Monitor turns to Power saving mode unwanted

Hey, I have a dell in2010n monitor, and randomly I'll be on my computer still doing stuff and my monitor will just say " Entering power saving mode " and turn black. Pressing buttons, pressing the monitor power button, and everything else doesn't seem to turn it back on. The only way to fix it is I hold the power button on my PC and have to reboot, losing my work progress.

Any help?

Please confirm whether there is no virus or trojan causing this specific problem and hence get it removed for the problem to get solved.

Did not fix it, I have ran virus scans
