IPod downloads

Hello,

An IPod Touch (8GB) was given to as a present, but I have no idea of how and
where to donload music, trying to keep up with technology. Please help!!

Install itunes on system and make transfers from pc to device as well as purchase applications and musics from it also,have it downloaded fro link below if unavailable:
