IPod touch won't turn on :(

Hello,My Ipod touch won't turn on,when I put it on the charger it has a picture of the cable and the iTunes symbol and says connect to iTunes but when I do connect it the iTunes it's says it can't get through cause I need to put my password but it won't let me cause the pictures covers the screen.I've tried everything :( heeelppppp

Dear Ladida,

Please confirm whether the charger or the battery is not faulty causing this specific trouble. Please try alternative battery and charger to have the matter confirmed.
