Can't find internet although connection found

Hello,

One of my laptops will not connect to the internet although it shows it is connected to the wireless connection. It is running Windows XP and is the only one not working. All the other computers are fine. Again, if finds the internet connection but we cannot pull up the internet.

Go on the start butoon and it says internet explorer and you click on that nd the internet will come up ................ CAN U HALP ME SME1 HAS HACKED INTO MY MSN ..........
