Dell inspiron laptop.unresponsive buttons

Hello, i recently reformatted my laptop and found that my wireless button, battery button, and touchpad button have all become unresponsive. is there solutions to this problem?

you will need to download the drivers from Dell. These keys are not part of Windows software.

i'm not to tech saavy. do you know where i can download this?
