Hello,
I will like to know how I can connect to my computer through the internet using my IP address as a remote server to connect to my PC, and if possible can I make use of only my IP address and with methods or procedures easy to use.

or register your IP at http://www.dyndns.org, enable "Remote assistance on your PC", forward "remote assistance" ports from your router and make exception in your firewall, so that it will allow you to connect from the Internet to your PC

You can use adobe too to make some remote desktop...
