Ipod touch

Hello,

I have purchased a ipod touch plugged it into my lap top to charge it and my lap top does not detect it..
also all my ipod does is ever so often flash the apple logo on and off...
plz help

Dear Yimyam,

There might be some corrupted application on it which is causing the trouble. You should have it restored to factory settings and also consider checking in the Device Manager whether the drive does not need to get updated for it to work correctly.
