Problem with internet connectivity on Samsung

Hello,

I am trying to connect to internet using my Samsung Galaxy S I9000 phone.
I am not able to connect to WiFi and also to the internet connection that i subscribed for with the provider. Can someone help me in resolving the issue?

Hi there,

Reset the handset to default factory settings then reconfigure the settings for wireless and gprs for browsing.
