i - mobile internet connect Closed

Hello,  

i would like to visit internet from my i-mobile i-m71 phone , it shows an APN error every time   
i browse the internet and i don't know how to set these internet settings. 

i have tried to contact my network consultant and they also couldn't help. 

Configuration: Windows XP / Safari 533.4
