My dell inspiron 1564

Hello,
sometimes when i start my inspiron 1564 i got nothing but a while screen while the system is working and i can hear the log in sound of windows and sometimes this happens while i am working on the internet or playing games and i remove the battery and reconnect it or remove it all and just work on the charger and it works

i 1st thought its a software problem so i bought an original windows 7 but no response and reinstalled all the device drivers and it still comes to me

so plz if anyone of u have a solution to this problem i would be thankful
