Hello,
My ipod won't connect to my computer. And its asking for a restore of the ipod on the actual ipod. But i can't connect it to my computer to do a restore.
My cords are fine, connected my iphone to it works perfectly. I honestly don't know what to do at this point.
I tried restarting the ipod, using the self diagnostic tool says everything is perfectly fine on the ipod itself.
Also reinstallingand such but that shouldnt be a problem at all because my iphone conencts to my computer. I'm stuck, don't know what to do now.
Any suggestions?
Also forgot to add, when i plug in the ipod with the cord, it responds to it by lighting up the screen and im assuming its charging. But no actual connection to the computer or any visible signs such as ipod showing up on my computer or itunes
