Help please. My Asus X83V will not load compu

Hello,
My Laptop will not allow me to access anything. When I boot up the computer it tells me "Windows failed to start. A recent hardware or software change might be he cause. To fix the Problem: then tells me to insert the recovery disk and restart computer which I did and still the same screen (the disk does not load up). I have tried to boot up the computer normally, and in all versions of safe mode with no avail. After I would choose one a loading screen would show up for anywhere from 30 seconds to 5 minutes then a blue screen with text I can not read pops up for ~ 1/2 of a second then goes back to the startup screen. Please help.

Hi there,

Try booting in safe mode,then right click on my computer icon>properties>advanced tab>startup recovery>settings and uncheck the automatic restart,apply and restart machine normally.If you are unable to do this then you need to boot from your windows installation disk and make a windows repair,for instructions please take the link below from Faq as reference:
