Problems with internet

Hello,

I am having a problem with my samsung laptop. It has just had a new hard drive installed by a technician, but now when I go to internet explorer it opens up 2 pages and will not allow me to access anything. I am unable to shut it down from the x and have to go to task manager to close it down...does anyone have any ideas how to sort this please...thanks

Hello,

Try resetting your "Internet Explorer" settings.

Right-click on "Internet Explorer" icon ---> Properties ---> Click on "Advanced" tab

---> Click on "Reset" button.
