Hello,
When downloading new version I am getting the following message.
The older version of Apple Softwear update cannot be removed. Contact your technical support group.
Any help would be appreciated am now tearing my hair out. Thanks.

Hi there,

Get Windows Installer CleanUp Utility downloaded ,install on pc then remove all apple software updates and remove from system,after completion install new version of itunes on system.
