No sound from my laoptop speakers?

Hello,

My name is Adrian from Kiunga, Papua New Guinea. I am having a problem with sound. The Realtek sound driver is installed. When I play music, my speakers hardly play any sound. However, when I plug in my headphones, I can hear sound as well as music. I have been trying hard to fix this problem but I cannot find the right solution. Even I try to open the Realtek control panel, it hardly opens up. I click on it, but it does not open.

Please can you help me out ASAP coz I wanna listen to music?

Dear Sir,

Please get to the Device Manager and see whether you need to have its sound drivers updated. Yet it might also be sourcing from the speakers physically. Please try an alternative speaker on it to confirm the matter.
