Acer 5517 All userswill not load

Hello,

I have an Acer 5517. Windows had completely shut down. Did a recovery and all seemed to be fine, except one of the four users will only load as a temporary setting. How can i get this one to load up because it is the one with the files and documents I need to recover. The Windows is Windows 7. Please Help. Thanks

Please have the laptop restored top factory settings in order to have the problem fixed.
