Hi Rachel,
Hmmm...this is a strange one. First try resetting your Internet Explorer settings back to default and see if that helps. To do so follow these steps:
1. Open Internet Explorer.
2. Click Tools, and then click Internet Options.
3. Click the Advanced tab.
4. Under Reset Internet Explorer Settings, click Reset.
If this desn't do the trick, let us know and we'll try to figure something else out.
