Laptop won't start -windows Vista Closed

Question

Hello,

I have a Compag laptop.  Always has worked fine.  Today when I started the computer a blue screen came up that says "Please Wait".  I tried a control/alt/delete 2 times and tried unplugging the laptop, but the battery will not allow it to shut down completely.

How can I restart the computer and get the "plase wait" message off the screen?

Hi sissy,


Perhaps your operating system is damage or corrupted ?


Try booting from safemode and correct errors.

Switch on your laptop and press on F8 Button you will have a list of booting options.

Select safe mode booting.



Once you are boot try scanning your computer and correct errors.
