No Sound device installed on my Toshiba U300 Closed

Hello,  
No sound device installed on my laptop, it was there, then it suddenly disappeared. AND NO enable and disable DOES NOT work because there is not sound device installed.  

Installed a bunch of different driver updates..  nothing worked... =/ 

Please help.
Configuration: Windows 7 / Internet Explorer 8.0

You should make use of the Driver Detective application in order to have all the links for the downloads of the missing drivers on your PC.

Hello, 

If this is the problem, then there must be some missing or corrupted files on it and to get the problem solved either repair your system or have it restored to factory settings first and then have the drivers installed.
