I can't access my data... plz help Closed

hello,
I had used folder lock 5.0. I had locked one of my folders which contains my personal data. After some days I had to format my C drive because of some virus attack. After formatting "folder lock 5.0" was also uninstalled. Now when I double click on the folder which I locked, it takes me to the control panel folder. The proper size of the folder has not been changed.
Now how can I get my data back from the folder...

Hello,

Try this 1.

First make a backup copy of that folder.

1) Open notepad and paste this line

ren filename.{21EC2020-3AEA-1069-A2DD-08002B30309D} filename

Note: Replace the word "filename" with your folder name in the above line.

2) Now save the file as fix.bat (Note: don't forget the .bat extension)

3) Now copy the fix.bat file to the drive that contain your folder. Now double click

on fix.bat file.
