Hello, I had let someone borrow my i pod nd they added songs onto it and now when ever i wnt 2 add songs the song are not bold nd black they are gray and they wnt let me delete or add any songs I NEED HELP!!!!!! wats wrong with it nd how do i fix it?!?!?!!?1?HELPPPP!!!!

The files might be corrupted and you will have to get it restored to factory settings for getting the specific task completed.

The songs might have been deleted, their locations changed or still wrongly copied.
