Computer won't connect to internet

Hello,
My desktop computer won't connect to the internet which was put into the house yesterday. I have done the "ping" test and it showed the computer can go online but something was blocking it. After this I turned my firewall off and still no luck.

Can someone please answer my question quickly,

Hello,

Try this 1.

Right click on the "Internet Explorer" icon---->Click on "Properties"---> Click on

"Connections" tab-->Click on LAN settings button. In that window uncheck all the

options, if you notice any option selected.

If the problem still exists, try disabling your antivirus temporary.
