Hi,

You need to have internet service activated to connect to internet on your mobile phone,if this has not been done then contact your local network provider and have them freely.

Hi,

What do you mean by can't connect?you also need to have credits on your sim card to access this service or depends on your network provider if they provide access to internet service freely or on a special monthly/yearly subscription,Follow pcsces instructions and provide more information if situation is different.
