Hello,
Try this 1
1) Click on Start --> Run --> type cmd and click on OK. Now enter this command
ipconfig/all and press enter.
Make sure that IP Address, Subnet Mask, Default Gateway and DNS Servers
are having addresses.
2) Right click on the "Internet Explorer" icon---->Click on "Properties"---> Click on
"Connections" tab-->Click on LAN settings button. In that window uncheck all the
options, if you notice any option selected.
3) Try resetting your Internet Protocol (TCP/IP). Just follow the instructions.
Click on Start ---> Run ---> Type cmd and click on OK. Command Prompt will be
opened. Type the below command
netsh int ip reset resetlog.txt
Press Enter.
It rewrites two registry keys that are used by TCP/IP.
Restart your computer
Good Luck.
