Hello, i just got a new modem for my computer installed it followed all the steps it says " local area connection 2" then says connected i also have another one that says " local area conection 4" not connected, cable may be unplugged ext. nothing seems to work i dont know if i need to delete #4 but if so i dont know how to do that please help
