Hello there :)
connect the ipod to your computer, then your computer should recognise the ipod.
all you have to do is go on itunes and click where it says ipod, then it should go to
a summary where it has the memory space of the ipod. somewhere ther, there
should be an option saying "Restore iPod" choose that and it will delete everything
the iPod has, including previous owner's name, any music, video's, apps, notes,
and podcasts..
