Ipod touch how to get itunes library

Hello,
i have had my ipod since last christmas but i cant figuer out how to get and itunes lidray on my computer...........i cant get anny music or anything on my ipod i have a charger for it but i dont have an itunes library i need help i want to download FREEEEE MUSIC on my ipod LEGALLY............. please help......!

Put the usb connector into your computer or laptop and then you click itunes look for ipod touch device rename it open it then drag music into then make surre you click eject before taking the usb connector out and make sure your ipod is connected to it.
