Unable to access website

Hello, I have lost the ability to access a website over the last couple of months. As far as I know, no changes have been made to my system and I can't determine what the problem is. I have tried unplugging my cable modem and telephone line into my router hoping that it was an IP problem, but have had no luck. What other steps can I take to fix the problem.
