Keyboard letters changed how do i get it back to normal

Hello just want to give some advice on this problem.
you should check the language settings on your computer. If you have windows Xp then the language bar will be at the bottom right of your computer screen.
You should make sure that the default setting is english uk otherwise the language will keep on turning back to another language therfore the keys will be different to the original letters. for examlple our @ button was on on the " key.
