System got stuck

Hello,

I had a problem With Inspiron 1525. with vista. some times my system got stuck. so that there is no response from keyboard and mouse... some times same happens with loud sound when i was using any media player(listening to songs)..then i made forcible shutdown... can any one tel me what would be the problem...this happend for many times...

hi,
check for virus and worms.
or it may be that you installed a program that is not compatible with the computer.

hi julien,

Could u please tell me in details.. bcoz This is my new laptop and i never seen this kind of problem.
i checked antivirus,im using Bit Defender.. this happening more now..
